Warranties:
We guarantee that all items will be packaged very well and clearly marked fragile when appropriate. Canada Post is very good about respecting packages, but in the rare case that something arrives damaged, please document the condition of the packaging before opening it, photograph the contents and then inform us. All shipments are insured through Canada Post.
For electronic devices, and other products that carry manufacturer’s warranties, please retain any and all relevant warranty information included in packaging, register your product with the manufacturer when appropriate, and retain your proof of purchase. In the event that a warranty claim is appropriate, the manufacturer will require this. We are interested to know that the manufacturers of goods that we sell honour their warranties, so please feel free to keep us in the loop.
There is no warranty on glass products.
We will replace any product that is found to be defective; see our Returns Policy for details.
